Check-in at Easmor Circle

Sunmor is a well-known central Palm Springs neighborhood comprised of a remarkably intact collection of 140 mid-century houses built in the late 50's and early 1960's. While most of the houses in the neighborhood were designed by architect William Krisel and built by the nationally known Alexander Construction Company, locally prominent builder, Bob Higgins, first imagined the neighborhood of affordable modernist tract homes built to the designs of architect Donald Wexler. This is a true walking tour that will feature the beautiful interiors and gardens of at least 10 mid-century houses, with refreshments served at the concluding tour house. Come see a fascinating collection of desert modernist architecture.

Price of Tour: $45.00
